Return and Refund Policy

At Sweaterqh, we are confident in the quality of our products and stand behind our workmanship 100%. If you receive a product with defects or errors caused by us, we will replace it at no extra cost. However, we typically do not accept returns due to customer errors, such as incorrect size, design, or color selection.

Refunds (if applicable)

We are happy to replace your order in the following situations:

  • The product is flawed.
  • The print quality is poor.
  • The product received is different from what was represented on our website.

If you meet any of these conditions, please email us at [email protected] with a photo of the product and any detailed shots. Our customer service team will review your claim, and if approved, a replacement will be provided free of charge.

For other refund requests, please email us at [email protected]. If approved, we will provide a return address. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item, refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process.

Important: Unauthorized returns, or returns of items that are washed, worn, or damaged, are not eligible for refund or replacement and will be forfeited.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company as refunds may take time to process.
  3. Contact your bank to verify if the refund has been processed.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please email [email protected]. Once approved, we will provide you with a return address.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the return is processed, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Shipping for Returns

If your claim is approved, we will provide a return address. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, shipping times for exchanges may vary. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
